This card was made using a technique called Chalkboard Pastels. Stamp your image onto a dark color CS with Whisper White Craft ink. Then with a sponge, dauber or cotton ball apply Stampin' Pastels to the stamped images. This makes the images "pop" off the dark CS similar to chalk on chalkboard.
Supplies~Cardstock: Cool Caribbean, Basic Black, Certainly Celery, Whisper White, Stamps: Polka Dots & Paisley, Stampin' Write Markers: Rose Red, Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, Stampin' Pastels: various colors, Ribbon: Spring Moss.
