I created a few of these cards to have on hand for birthdays. I did a technique called Embossed Watercolor Wonder Crayons. See below for instructions. Unfortunatly you can't see the gloss effect the embossing causes in the photo, but it adds a little something extra to the image.
Embossed Watercolor Wonder Crayons:
Stamp image with black StazOn ink. Color with Stampin' Ups! watercolor crayons. Use Aqua painter to blend. Apply Versamarker all over image and immediately cover with clear embossing powder. Remove excess powder and heat emboss. Clean Versamarker by wiping on scrap paper.
