65, but who's counting?

Last weekend I celebrated a family member's 65th birthday! Of course I needed to make a card and wanted to do something fun. I came across a card on someone's blog that I cased. [sorry I thought I wrote the source down, if you know who's it is let me know!]

Can you guess why I love the card? Yep it's the banners, I'm obsessed with banners!  Here is the card I created!
